Order Processing & Production Times

Every product on this site is made to order.  As all items are produced on demand, slight variations in production time and delivery speed may occur.

Products are manufactured and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners. Delivery times and production quality are subject to their processes.

Orders are typically fulfilled and produced within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and fulfilment partner and location.

During peak seasons or high demand periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Portugal & Europe: 2–7 business days
USA & Canada: 3–10 business days
International: 5–20 business days

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and local conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Fulfilment Locations

We partner with a global network of fulfilment centres.

Orders are automatically routed to the nearest available facility to your delivery address whenever possible, in order to reduce shipping times and costs.

In some cases, products may be shipped from different locations depending on product availability and fulfilment capacity.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, which are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, product type, and quantity of items in your order.

Order Tracking

You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.  Most orders include tracking. Some economy shipping options or certain fulfilment locations may not provide full tracking updates.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, depending on the carrier and fulfilment location.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after orders are submitted.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders

Under EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the customer.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or returned to the fulfilment facility, please contact us.

We will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue, where possible.  If an item is confirmed as lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.
